The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• Construction document understanding; Specifications, drawings and construction correspondence

• Finish hardware, wood and hollow metal specification writing

• Finish hardware, wood and hollow metal project management

• Perform take-offs from blue prints and specifications.

• Detail hardware schedules, and shop drawings with locations, handling, and any other
   information needed for ordering material.

• Pull catalog cuts and templates

• Enter wood door quotes & detail wood door orders

• Enter hollow metal quotes & detail hollow metal orders

• Strong computer skills/experience
